Construction: This option is perfect for those looking to build their dream home from the ground up. Depending on budget, the loan can cover most or all building costs, including materials, labor, land, and permits. At the time of completion, the loan is refinanced into a permanent mortgage.
Land Loan: Fixed-rate mortgage loan with 10- to 15-year terms for up to 20 acres of unimproved land.
