  • New User? Using our Pay My Loan portal, click the Register Now button
  • Follow the prompts using your account number and personal information to complete registration.
  • Existing user? Log into the Pay My Loan portal to pay your loan. Please note, your Pay My Loan username/password is separate from your Online Banking login credentials.

Tip: When enrolling in Online Banking or “Pay My Loan” services, your account number is the group of digits before the hyphen. Ex: 12345-678

  • Sign in to Online or Mobile Banking
  • In Online Banking: Hover on Pay & Transfer
  • In Mobile Banking: click Move Money
  • Click Schedule a Transfer
  • Select the Frequency (monthly for loan payments)
  • Select the account to pay from and the loan account
    • When choosing the Transfer Type, select Make a Standard Loan Payment
    • Confirm details and Click Schedule Transfer

  • Sign in to Online or Mobile Banking
  • In Online Banking: Hover on Pay & Transfer
  • In Mobile Banking: Click Move Money
  • Click Bill Pay

To Enroll:

    • Click Enroll for Bill Pay
    • Choose your checking account
    • Click Enroll Now

To Add Payee:

    • Click Add a Payee
    • Add a new Payee following the prompts (Ex: when paying a Community West loan)
      • Type Community West Credit Union as the payee
      • Enter your Community West Loan Account Number (with the suffix, no dash)
    • Once you’ve entered the Payee information, Click Pay Multiple Bills to schedule the recurring payment
