Cost is $5.00 per entry
Entry forms will be available to pick up/drop off at:

Entries accepted between noon-1: 00 pm – Saturday Aug 17, at the Downtown Pavilion.
Your entry must include: (index cards will be available at the pie entry drop off-area)
- The title of your pie
- Your name & phone number
Registration forms and $5.00 fee due at time of entry drop off. For those who register online, we will have a confirmation form for you to sign.
Pie entries must be summer season fruit and produce or nut based pies. No pies requiring refrigeration will be accepted (i.e. dairy, cream and meat pies). Ingredients used must not contain any artificial ingredients, coloring ingredients, or chemical preservations.
The scale for judging is 1-5. Winners have the highest score of combined criteria.
- Taste: Properly sweetened, proper thickness and flavor.
- Presentation: Eye-appeal, aroma, finishing techniques and doneness of filling.
- Pastry: Flakiness of crust, tender, properly done and flavor.
Bring your pie in an 8” – 10” pie tin (disposable is preferred). We are not responsible for lost, damaged or broken pie pans.
You may pick up your pie to take home starting at 4:15 pm. We are not responsible for pies or containers left behind.
If you are a winner, you give your permission to have your photo taken and acknowledge it can be used for promotional materials, online and on social media.
